2026 Operations Analyst Program - Summer Analyst

About the role#

The 2026 Operations Analyst Program is a 9-week summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience within the firm's Operations function. Participants begin with comprehensive training on the firm's practices and culture before joining a specific line of business, such as Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial & Investment Bank, Consumer & Community Bank, or Corporate Functions. This program serves as a pipeline for full-time employment, with potential offers based on performance.

What you'll do#

Responsibilities vary based on your assigned discipline, which may include Processing/Servicing, Trade/Asset Support, Reporting, or Transformation:

• Assist with the end-to-end management of the client lifecycle, from onboarding through account maintenance, while partnering with bankers and underwriters to support client financing needs.
• Process, clear, investigate, and service transactions, tickets, and widgets.
• Support document review, data reconciliation, and payment processing, including monitoring reports and ensuring system integrity.
• Analyze reference data to support trading activities.
• Identify process gaps to optimize workflows in collaboration with Technology teams.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a B.A., B.S., B.B.A., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage time, prioritize assignments, and work effectively within deadlines.
• A growth mindset and a desire to learn financial operations.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
