About the role#

The 2026 Global Private Bank Advisor Program is a full-time Analyst role within the U.S. Private Bank. This program provides exposure to all facets of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. Participants begin with a five-week immersive global training program to build technical skills, connect with senior executives, and establish a global network. Throughout the program, you will receive ongoing formal and informal training to support your professional development.

What you'll do#

• Work with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to acquire new clients and serve existing ones.
• Deliver customized and comprehensive solutions to help clients protect, manage, and grow their wealth.
• Network across the firm to discover future career opportunities.
• Develop expertise in wealth management by working on complex client solutions.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (excluding MBA) at a U.S. college or university.
• Expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
• For Master’s candidates, the degree must be within two years of receiving your Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• A genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
• High level of inquisitiveness, focus, and pro-activity.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
