2026 Global Private Bank Advisor Program Full-time Analyst - LatAm

About the role#

The 2026 Global Private Bank Advisor Program is a full-time Analyst opportunity focused on wealth management for clients across Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training session to build technical and professional skills. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning while working to deliver tailored financial solutions to clients.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending teams to understand client needs and develop strategies to achieve their financial goals.
• Work with market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research, analyze market activities, and develop products.
• Engage in ongoing formal and informal training, including one-on-one mentorship and professional networking events.
• Support the delivery of wealth management services to help clients build, preserve, and manage their wealth.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Cultural knowledge and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• A genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• A desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
