2026 Global Private Bank Advisor Program Full-time Analyst - Global Families Group Asia

About the role#

The 2026 Global Private Bank Advisor Program Analyst role within the Global Families Group Asia focuses on building relationships and crafting customized wealth management solutions. Analysts participate in a five-week immersive global training program to build technical and professional skills, followed by ongoing formal and informal training throughout the program. You will work alongside advisors and specialists to support international clients with diverse investment interests.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with a team of advisors and specialists to acquire new clients and support existing ones.
• Develop and deliver customized, comprehensive solutions to protect, manage, and grow client wealth.
• Engage in training to understand firm operations, investments, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates practices.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
