About the role#
As a Full-Time Analyst in the Global Markets Program, you will join one of four specialized tracks: Sales, Trading, Structuring & Origination, or Digital Markets. You will support senior colleagues with research, analysis, and project work while developing a deep understanding of financial products and market conditions. The program begins with four weeks of intensive training in New York covering statistics, economics, credit analysis, valuation, and financial modeling. Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on experience with various asset classes, including equities, credit, foreign exchange, commodities, and emerging markets.
What you'll do#
- Sales: Help corporate and institutional clients navigate the breadth of J.P. Morgan product offerings.
- Trading: Respond to and encourage client enquiries, manage resulting risk, and react to market-moving events.
- Structuring & Origination: Offer a broad range of innovative investor products, liability management, and hedging solutions.
- Digital Markets: Focus on preparing businesses for future transformations within the strategic group.
What you'll need#
- Graduation from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Current enrollment in a U.S. college or university.
- Fluency in English.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (Note: Sponsorship is not provided for this program).
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage individual projects with initiative.
