About the role#

The 2026 Asset & Wealth Management Risk Full Time Analyst Program offers an opportunity to work within JPMorganChase to identify, assess, and manage risks affecting the bank and its clients. Participants will receive mentorship and training while contributing to projects across various risk management functions, including Credit Risk, Wealth Management Investment Risk & Analytics, and Asset Management Risk.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with industry experts to identify, assess, and manage risks facing the bank and clients.
• Develop technical expertise and professional skills through hands-on contributions.
• Contribute diverse perspectives to help innovate products and solutions.
• Work under the guidance of mentors to develop new ideas for the business.
• Network with industry leaders and participate in training to understand business operations.
• Strengthen knowledge of finance and accounting principles.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, including OPT or CPT.
