About the role#
The Technology and Digital Quality (T&DQ) internship offers hands-on experience in a corporate environment. You will work on projects that support decision-making, analyze business processes, and contribute to data-driven strategies. This program is designed to develop your analytical skills while you gain exposure to pharmaceutical and medical device operations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business challenges and formulate recommendations for improvement.
- Build product backlogs by creating user stories to translate business needs into digital solutions.
- Collect, clean, and prepare datasets from various sources like databases and APIs.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns and insights.
- Develop visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Create automated workflows for data extraction and reporting.
- Support validation activities for AI and digital technologies while maintaining compliance standards.
- Document methodologies and results to ensure knowledge sharing across the team.
- Partner with departments such as QA-Ops, finance, and operations to provide actionable insights.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university as an undergraduate sophomore or above.
- Pursuing a degree in science, communications, regulatory compliance, quality, finance, data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, supply chain, or a technology-related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Understanding of statistical concepts like regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data distribution.
- Ability to break down complex problems and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Logical approach to problem-solving.

- Locations: Raritan, New Jersey, or Horsham, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, requiring three days on-site and two days remote per week.
- Transportation: You must provide your own transportation to the work location.
