About the role#
We are looking for a Medical Device Cybersecurity Co-Op to join our Medical Device Product Security Team within Information Security and Risk Management. This role is based in Danvers, Massachusetts, and requires on-site work.
What you'll do#
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for medical devices, including security architecture reviews.
- Manage software bill of materials and monitor for vulnerabilities.
- Review and approve software design documents and perform design reviews.
- Manage cybersecurity deliverables throughout the entire lifecycle from creation to final approval.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Cybersecurity or Computer Science with a concentration in Cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of cryptography and PKI.
- Experience with cybersecurity testing tools for static and dynamic code scans.
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems and micro-kernel technology.
- Understanding of penetration testing and ethical hacking techniques.
- You must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
