About the role#
The Cyber Security Intern reports to the Office of the CISO. You will gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations, project management, and cybersecurity defense. This role offers exposure to various security teams to help you understand protection and risk processes. We look for someone with strong technical capabilities, critical thinking skills, and a desire to learn.
What you'll do#
- Implement Cyber Security Power BI dashboards.
- Support AI security upskilling activities.
- Define and build a Cybersecurity Artificial Intelligence training environment.
- Contribute to the Cybersecurity Roadmap and Metrics Program.
- Participate in incident response training and threat reviews.
- Manage assigned projects to completion based on changing priorities and needs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and employee information.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Experience with software development or scripting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ethical mindset.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
