About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position for the Fall 2026 term based in Vandalia, Ohio. Interns will gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced professionals in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on professional growth, collaborative projects, and exploring various functional areas within the organization.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.
- Contribute to large-scale projects.
- Build professional relationships across various departments.
- Participate in and select 2-3 hands-on projects related to Engineering, Quality, and Operations Leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 semesters remaining in your degree program.
- Availability for full-time work during the rotation.
- Adaptability and a willingness to explore different functional areas.
