Johnson Electric is seeking motivated students for a full-time Co-Op position during the Fall 2026 term. This program provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on large-scale projects within a manufacturing environment. Interns will gain practical experience across various functional areas, including engineering, quality, and operations leadership.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.
- Contribute to large-scale projects and take on a leading role.
- Build professional relationships across various departments.
- Gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Participate in and select 2-3 hands-on projects related to Engineering, Quality, or Operations Leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 semesters remaining in your degree program.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the rotation.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to explore different functional areas.
