About the role#
This internship position supports the Launch team in delivering automotive and industrial parts and solutions. You will report directly to the Industrial Launch Manager and work on projects that align with company product development standards.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Launch Engineer or Manager in managing assigned projects.
- Participate in meetings, record meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of APQP documents.
- Work with the team to ensure compliance with product development standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering degree program.
- Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Location: Plymouth, Michigan.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September to December).
- Commitment: Full-time.
- Status: Paid internship.
