About the role#
This is a part-time student position within the Global Supply Management and Logistics team in Waterloo, Iowa. You will work year-round to support our full-time staff while maintaining your academic schedule. This role requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain team performance reports and data sources.
- Manage projects and sourcing tasks to support cost reduction and continuous improvement.
- Perform department budget reconciliation.
- Handle additional projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student at a local accredited university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Supply Management, Supply Chain, Business, or MIS.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Ability to work 10-20 hours per week during the academic year and 30-40 hours per week during the summer.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or Anthropic Claude.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
