About the role#
As a Business Technology Intern, you will support technology modernization initiatives and the systems that drive our business and customer experience. This full-time summer role focuses on system testing, defect management, reporting, and data analysis. You will work alongside business and technology teams to contribute to ongoing projects and team initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Execute IVR and Contact Center test scripts during SIT and UAT activities.
- Document testing results, identify and record defects, and validate system outcomes.
- Participate in defect review meetings and support issue investigations related to telephony systems and business processes.
- Gather reporting requirements and perform report development and testing.
- Document your work, communicate progress, and support business process and system documentation.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program with at least one semester of coursework completed.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to follow detailed processes and analyze business requirements.
- Capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24, 2027, to July 30, 2027).
