About the role#
This internship provides an early career opportunity within the JLL Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investments and acquisitions. The role offers insight into the commercial real estate industry through research, writing, and data analysis.
What you'll do#
- Assist with preparing and writing market research by gathering statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
- Design and prepare marketing materials like teasers and offering memorandums, including charts and graphics.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles.
- Provide general assistance to the team.
What you'll need#
- Currently a college or university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Permanent US work authorization.
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a team-player attitude.
- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
