About the role#
JDI IT is seeking a Project Coordinator Student for the Winter 2027 term. You will support our team by handling administrative duties that improve project coordination, scheduling, and overall efficiency. This role involves working closely with infrastructure teams to help coordinate initiatives across server, network, and business stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Ensure project activities, communications, and deliverables are aligned and progressing effectively.
- Act as a liaison between business, server, network, and technical teams to support the delivery of IT infrastructure projects.
- Translate business problems and opportunities into technical solutions.
- Gain exposure to various business areas, processes, and responsibilities.
- Participate in job shadowing and build mentor relationships.
- Apply project management tools in an advanced manufacturing environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university co-op program.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- An interest in technology and a drive for excellence.
- A desire to solve problems and work with others to map out processes for improvement.
- Excellent, customer-focused communication skills to build professional relationships with end users.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
- The role is located in Dieppe and Moncton, New Brunswick.
