    About the role#

    Atlantic Towing Limited is seeking an Operations Assistant Student for the Fall 2026 term. This position is based in Saint John, New Brunswick, and involves supporting marine operations, including port tug services and coastal towing.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with monitoring various programs across the Tug and Coastal Fleet.
    • Work alongside Superintendents on daily operational tasks and customer commitments.
    • Collaborate with other departments to complete assigned tasks.
    • Support Health, Safety, and Compliance requirements for vessels.
    • Ensure all work complies with statutory, regulatory, and classification society requirements, as well as company policies.
    • Analyze operational data to support business objectives.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
    • Maintenance of positive academic standing.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Modality: On-site.
    • Status: Full-time, paid internship.
