About the role#
This role supports the technical operations of studio productions and labs at Ithaca College. You will work directly with professional staff to help students and patrons navigate our facilities. This is a paid, part-time student position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Assist professional staff with student requests and needs.
- Book room reservations for future use.
- Process individual patron reservations and handle spontaneous checkouts.
- Help patrons find their assigned workspace or editing station.
- Provide support for studio productions and daily lab operations.
What you'll need#
- Previous production experience.
- An understanding of facility policies.
- Familiarity with the basic layout of our labs and technologies.
- The ability to familiarize yourself with Premiere software.
- Majors in Media Studies, Communications, or Art are preferred.

- Pay rate: $16.15 per hour.
