Ithaca College is seeking a student to serve as the WICB Program Director for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position is a paid, on-site role open to students in Communications, Media Studies, or Business Administration who have been active members of WICB for at least one semester.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Talent Coordinator and Music Directors to establish the weekly broadcast schedule.
- Manage the automation of pre-recorded programs as required.
- Participate in weekly WICB Executive Staff and General Staff meetings, held on Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
What you'll need#
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities for both in-person and email correspondence.
- Proficiency in operating the Zetta radio automation system.
- A collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Prior experience as a member of WICB for at least one semester.

- Location: Ithaca, New York.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.
