VIC Radio is seeking a Talent Coordinator for the 2026-2027 academic year. This paid position involves supporting the Voice of Ithaca College by managing the station's DJ talent and contributing to the overall operations of the organization.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate, train, and schedule DJs.
- Assist in talent coordination efforts for the station.
- Attend weekly VIC Radio Executive Staff meetings and General Staff meetings.
- Communicate effectively with staff and volunteers both in-person and via email.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, ideally within the Communications major.
- Membership in VIC Radio for at least one semester.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work as a collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Location: Ithaca, New York.
- Term: Fall 2026.

- Compensation: $16.00 per hour.
