About the role#
The Center for Theatre and Dance at Ithaca College hires students for various classroom and office assistant positions. These roles support faculty and staff during the production season and help with the day-to-day operations of the department. This is a paid position for students during the Fall 2026 and Summer 2026 terms.
What you'll do#
- Assist with classroom activities and office tasks related to Theatre and Dance.
- Support faculty and staff throughout the production season.
- Help with auditions and other student activities.
- Maintain classroom organization.
- Provide technical assistance as needed.
What you'll need#
- You must be an Ithaca College student.
- You need effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- If applying for a classroom assistant position, you must be available during the scheduled class meeting times.
- Prior experience in related fields is preferred.
- Majors in Communications, Art, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or Business Administration are encouraged to apply.
