The Teacher's Assistant for Disability Awareness serves as the assistant program director for the experiential aquatic program. This position provides an opportunity to support the administration, supervision, and evaluation of the program while ensuring adherence to safety and protection policies.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the implementation of all minor protection policies.
- Support all aquatic trainings.
- Help organize and manage the administration of the aquatic program.
- Assist in the direct supervision of the aquatic program.
- Participate in the evaluation of the aquatic program.
What you'll need#
- Current Lifeguarding certification is required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to follow established policies and safety regulations.
- Experience with aquatic programs is preferred.
- Open to students majoring in Kinesiology.

- Compensation: $16 per hour.
