About the role#
The Recording Services Junior Manager position provides experiential learning opportunities for students to apply classroom knowledge in a professional setting. This role focuses on developing transferable skills while contributing to the operations of the college.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with the Recording Services Manager.
- Coordinate and schedule student employees for shifts.
- Oversee technical operations to ensure service standards.
- Assess quality control aspects of service offerings.
- Support the personal and professional growth of student staff.
What you'll need#
- Must be a rising Junior in the Sound Recording Technology degree program (B.M. or B.S.).
- Ability to manage scheduling and assess operational quality.
- Ability to work effectively with a supervisor.
- Experience that contributes to the diversity of the college is appreciated.
