About the role#
The Executive Director leads Park Promotions, the student-run agency for the Roy H. Park School of Communications. You will act as the chief executive, providing strategic direction and operational oversight for the agency. This role bridges professional practice and academic study by creating a real-world environment where students produce high-quality marketing and communications work.
What you'll do#
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of student staff.
- Align agency activities with the strategic goals of the Park School.
- Support student recruitment, engagement, and alumni relations.
- Oversee projects involving branding, social media, digital storytelling, content creation, and event production.
- Produce professional communications and marketing outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Previous leadership experience.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, and strategic communications.
- Familiarity with social media, digital storytelling, and content creation.
- Experience or interest in experiential marketing and event production.
- Enrollment as a student in a Communications major.
