    About the role#

    The Co-Event Director role serves as a leadership position within Park Promotions at the Roy H. Park School of Communications. You will act as a strategic and operational leader, planning and executing events that increase the visibility of the school. This position functions like a professional agency environment, offering hands-on experience in event management, marketing, and project leadership.

    What you'll do#

    • Plan, promote, and execute events and experiential initiatives.
    • Oversee the development of audience-centered experiences.
    • Lead a team of student event coordinators and volunteers.
    • Collaborate with Social Media, Creative, Digital Storytelling, and Public Relations teams to build integrated promotional campaigns.
    • Foster connections between students, faculty, alumni, industry professionals, and prospective students.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as an Ithaca College student.
    • Demonstrated interest in event management and experiential marketing.
    • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as a partner with other student leaders.

    • Location: Ithaca, New York.
    • Work modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $16 per hour.
