About the role#
The Co-Event Director role serves as a leadership position within Park Promotions at the Roy H. Park School of Communications. You will act as a strategic and operational leader, planning and executing events that increase the visibility of the school. This position functions like a professional agency environment, offering hands-on experience in event management, marketing, and project leadership.
What you'll do#
- Plan, promote, and execute events and experiential initiatives.
- Oversee the development of audience-centered experiences.
- Lead a team of student event coordinators and volunteers.
- Collaborate with Social Media, Creative, Digital Storytelling, and Public Relations teams to build integrated promotional campaigns.
- Foster connections between students, faculty, alumni, industry professionals, and prospective students.

- Current enrollment as an Ithaca College student.
- Demonstrated interest in event management and experiential marketing.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a partner with other student leaders.
