About the role#
Park Productions Pro Unit staff members provide professional video and photography services for both internal Ithaca College clients and external organizations. This is a project-based role, meaning hours and project volume vary throughout the semester based on availability and demand.
What you'll do#
- Perform production tasks including camera operation, sound mixing, gripping, producing, editing, and photography.
- Complete assignments based on your specific experience, portfolio, and availability.
- Participate in at least one of the nine production teams to focus your work area.
- Apply classroom knowledge to real-world professional settings to develop transferable skills.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current or incoming Ithaca College student.
- Applicants must have a major or minor within the Park School of Communications, though exceptions may be made for students with exceptionally strong portfolios or experience.
- Preference is given to students who have previously participated in Park Productions workshops, events, or trainee activities.
- Submit a resume and a cover letter detailing your interest, preferred production roles, and relevant experience.

- Compensation: $16.15 - $16.30 per hour.
