    About the role#

    Park Productions is seeking Drone Squad Staff to support aerial video and photography projects for both internal and external clients. This is a project-based position, and hours are not guaranteed per semester. Assignments are determined based on individual experience, portfolios, and availability.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform aerial video and photography work for internal and external clients.
    • Operate drones if you hold a valid Part 107 certification.
    • Support paid projects in various roles, including ground camera operation, control room operation, directing, graphics creation, and on-air talent.
    • Collaborate with the broader Park Productions team.

    What you'll need#

    • Relevant experience or a portfolio demonstrating production skills.
    • Preference given to candidates with a valid Part 107 certification for drone pilot roles.
    • Ability to fill support roles in production if not certified as a drone pilot.
    • Majors in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Art, or Graphic Design are encouraged to apply.
    • Submission of a resume and a cover letter detailing your interest, certification status, desired production roles, and relevant experience.

    • Location: Ithaca, NY.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Pay Rate: $16.15 – $16.45 per hour.
    • Employment Type: Full-time student position.
