This position serves as the Lead TA and Lab Manager for the NTFP program during the Spring 2026 term. The role involves managing lab operations and providing leadership to the teaching assistant team to ensure effective support for student workshops and field activities.
What you'll do#
- Purchase and organize necessary materials for lab sessions.
- Design and lead training sessions for regular teaching assistants.
- Coordinate and support teaching assistants during student skill workshops.
- Coach teaching assistants on student support and in-field interactions.
- Drive for class field trips as required.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in coordinating and managing team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage material procurement.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate training and support.
- Previous experience in conducting training sessions.
- Majors in Psychology, Biology, or Communications are preferred.

- Location: Ithaca, New York.

- Hours: 8-10 hours per week.
- Compensation: $16.00 per hour.
