About the role#
This position is for the Late Night Terrace Commissary Dining Hall. You will work on-site to provide service to guests and ensure the dining area runs smoothly. This role offers on-the-job training and includes free meals during shifts. You must be able to stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
What you'll do#
- Set up serving stations with menu items, utensils, and condiments.
- Keep your workstation clean and sanitized at all times.
- Check and record food temperatures at required intervals.
- Replenish food on service lines from coolers, ovens, and hot boxes.
- Break down service lines after meal service and store or dispose of food properly.
- Answer guest questions about ingredients, allergens, and menu items.
- Communicate clearly with your team and management.
