The ICTV Scripted Director serves as the Executive Producer for all scripted programming. This position is responsible for ensuring cohesive and professional broadcasts across the department and meeting weekly with the ICTV Executive Staff.
What you'll do#
- Serve as the Executive Producer for all scripted programming.
- Coordinate meetings and critiques with producers to ensure quality and ethical productions.
- Assist producers in training cast and crew members at the start of each semester.
- Manage the allocation of ICTV Checkout Center equipment for scripted shows.
- Select producers for shows upon request.
What you'll need#
- At least one semester of experience volunteering within ICTV.
- A cover letter detailing your qualifications and your vision for the future of ICTV.
- Enrollment as a student in a relevant major, such as Media Studies.
Location & details#
- Location: Ithaca, NY.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Status: Full-time, paid position at $16/hour.
- Requirements: This position is subject to a criminal background check and completion of I-9 employment eligibility verification.
