STUDENT-ICTV Master Control Supervisor

About the role#

The ICTV Master Control Supervisor manages the daily operations of ICTV. This role involves coordinating personnel, maintaining broadcast schedules, and collaborating with the station's executive leadership. This is a paid, on-site position open to students in Media Studies, Communications, or Graphic Design.

What you'll do#

• Oversee and run day-to-day master control operations for ICTV.
• Recruit and train master control operators at the start of each semester.
• Schedule master control operations for all ICTV air time.
• Distribute the ICTV schedule rundown to operators in coordination with the Director of Programming.
• Attend weekly meetings with the ICTV Executive Staff.

What you'll need#

• At least one semester of experience volunteering within ICTV.
• Ability to manage daily operations and personnel.
• Competence in scheduling and training.
• Effective communication skills for working with executive staff.

• Pay rate: $16 per hour
