About the role#
ICTV is hiring a Director of Publicity for the spring 2026 semester. This is a part-time, paid student position based on-site in Ithaca, New York.
What you'll do#
- Create and oversee all promotional materials for ICTV and its programs.
- Coordinate all public service announcements and show promotions for air.
- Partner with the Executive Staff to set deadlines for show promotions.
- Manage ICTV Recruitment Night alongside the Station Manager.
- Oversee the station social media accounts and special events.
- Design and maintain LCD screens for the Park Lobby and Campus Center.
- Manage the bulletin board space outside the ICTV Newsroom.
- Write and distribute the Monitor for Recruitment Night.
- Design posters for all ICTV shows and events.
- Assist with the ideation and ordering of station merchandise.
- Appoint members to the ICTV Publicity Team.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one semester at ICTV.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in a producer role for at least one semester is preferred.
