STUDENT-ICTV Development Director

About the role#

The ICTV Development Director role supports the growth and quality of student-produced content. This position involves working closely with show producers and department heads to refine pitches and improve production standards. You will serve as a key member of the ICTV Executive Staff, providing regular progress updates and participating in weekly leadership meetings.

What you'll do#

• Provide support to all shows currently in development status.
• Collaborate with department heads to initiate plans for improving show content and production quality.
• Meet with new producers to help refine their show pitches.
• Provide periodic status updates on development projects to the Executive Staff.
• Attend weekly meetings with the ICTV Executive Staff.

What you'll need#

• At least one semester of experience volunteering within ICTV.
• Proficiency in developing show content and production plans.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with department heads and producers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
