About the role#
The ICLA Social Media Assistant supports the ICLA program in Los Angeles. This role focuses on capturing event photography and video, as well as managing the ICLA Instagram account. You will report to the Program Coordinator and help increase the visibility of program activities.
What you'll do#
- Capture and edit photos and videos from ICLA events and activities.
- Create Instagram Posts, Stories, and Reels.
- Manage themed content campaigns like Day in the Life, Internship Spotlight, and Student Takeovers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the ICLA program.
- Proficiency with Instagram.
- Experience with video creation and editing.
- Strong written communication and editing skills.
- Basic graphic design skills, with a preference for Canva.
- Basic photography skills to document events.

- Location: Los Angeles, California.
- Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $18.42 per hour.
- Status: Part-time, rolling term.
