About the role#
Ithaca College is hiring a student lab assistant for the Environmental Toxicology program. This role involves working directly with instructors to support the educational experience of students. It is a paid, on-site position with rolling availability.
What you'll do#
- Manage lab and class materials by assisting with purchasing and organization.
- Drive college vehicles to support class field trips.
- Provide tutoring or direct help to students enrolled in courses.
- Assist professors and the lead teaching assistant with administrative tasks and coursework implementation.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a student in a relevant field such as Environmental Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Nursing.
- Ability to drive college vehicles for field trips.
- Capability to assist with lab session logistics and administrative coursework tasks.
