About the role#
Dining assistants at Towers support the campus community by serving thousands of meals daily. This position offers students the opportunity to learn food service operations, gain management experience through a promotion track, and develop transferable skills such as communication, initiative, and self-advocacy. This role is open to students from various fields, including Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, and Psychology.
What you'll do#
- Foster unique customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work and learn in every area of the dining operation.
- Support management staff and gain operational experience.
- Participate in cross-training to develop a versatile skill set.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work two shifts per week, totaling approximately seven hours.
- Willingness to follow direction and work as a team player.
