About the role#
Dining assistants at Towers help feed the campus community. You will work across all areas of the operation alongside student trainers and managers. This position provides a way to gain skills in communication, initiative, and operational excellence. We offer a promotion track for those interested in gaining management experience before graduation.
What you'll do#
- Foster unique interactions with customers.
- Learn food service operations to build a versatile skill set.
- Support the management team.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Participate in cross training across the facility.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work two shifts per week, totaling about 7 hours.
- Be open to direction from supervisors.
- Enjoy working in busy environments.
- Value meaningful customer interactions.
- Be a reliable team player.
- Students in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology are encouraged to apply.
