STUDENT-Dining Services Assistant TOWERS

About the role#

Dining Services Assistants at Towers support the daily operation of campus dining, serving thousands of meals to the community. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in food service operations while developing transferable professional skills such as communication, initiative, and self-advocacy. Students work alongside trainers and managers, with potential for promotion into management roles.

What you'll do#

• Foster positive customer interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Learn all aspects of dining operations through cross-training.
• Support management staff in daily service tasks.
• Apply classroom knowledge in a real-world professional setting.

What you'll need#

• Availability to work two shifts per week, totaling approximately 7 hours.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to accept direction and work as a team player.
• A commitment to providing meaningful customer service.
• Interest in developing professional skills applicable to various industries, including Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, and Psychology.
