About the role#
The Concessions Cashier supports athletic and campus events by providing guest service and helping with stand operations. This role is event-based, allowing you to pick up shifts that fit your personal schedule. No prior food service experience is required, and we provide on-the-job training.
What you'll do#
- Greet guests and take orders accurately.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and card reader to process transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas.
- Assist with setting up stands before events and breaking them down afterward.
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Communicate with team members and follow directions from your shift supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during your shift.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy event periods.
- Willingness to follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

- This is a paid, student position with flexible, rolling scheduling.
