About the role#

What you'll do#
- Set up and break down banquet areas and buffets.
- Greet guests and provide service throughout events.
- Relay food and beverage orders and information about allergies to the right team members.
- Respond to guest concerns promptly.
- Monitor food temperatures and record them at required intervals.
- Replenish buffet items from ovens, coolers, and hot boxes.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and general requisitions.
What you'll need#
- Ability to multitask and move quickly during events.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work well with co-workers.
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings and service procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining a neat appearance.
- Adherence to all sanitation, safety, and HACCP regulations.

- Pay: $15.50 per hour.
