About the role#
This position offers practical experience in collegiate strength and conditioning. You will work under the direct supervision of the Director and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach to support the performance, health, and development of student athletes.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the development and implementation of training programs.
- Supervise sessions focused on strength, conditioning, speed, agility, and mobility.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive training environment for student athletes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Kinesiology program or a related field.
- A commitment to the health and athletic development of student athletes.
- The ability to contribute to a positive and organized training space.

- This role is located in Ithaca, New York.
- The position is part-time and on-site.
- The hourly rate is $16.00.
- Hiring is on a rolling basis.
