About the role#
The Food Court Student Production Associate supports food production, service, and the overall customer experience at retail dining locations. This role focuses on food safety, efficiency, and teamwork. You will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, station setup, and team operations.
What you'll do#
- Greet and serve guests.
- Set up and break down food service stations.
- Prepare and replenish menu items while following food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
- Assist with cooking and cold prep under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including dishwashing and cleaning dining areas.
- Record food temperatures and monitor inventory.
- Operate POS systems.
What you'll need#
- Ability to operate foodservice equipment.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers.
- Capability to multitask.
- Basic cooking skills.

- Compensation: $16 per hour.
