About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in fitness coaching and studio operations at F45 Training in West Hartford. You will work alongside lead coaches to support members and learn the daily functions of a training studio. This is a part-time, on-site position with a flexible schedule.
What you'll do#
- Coach group sessions with lead instructors.
- Help personal trainers during 1:1 and small group sessions.
- Perform movement corrections and fitness assessments.
- Provide nutritional guidance to members.
- Manage studio scheduling and general maintenance tasks.
- Conduct InBody scans and track member goal progress.
- Participate in ongoing trainer development.

- You are a Kinesiology student or graduate.
- You have a strong desire to learn and grow as a trainer.

- Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
