About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in a fitness studio setting. You will work directly with lead coaches and trainers to support daily operations and member services. This is a part-time, paid position based on-site in West Hartford, Connecticut.
What you'll do#
- Coach in-person group sessions alongside a lead coach.
- Assist personal trainers with 1:1 sessions and small group training.
- Perform movement correction and assessment training.
- Provide nutritional guidance.
- Manage studio scheduling and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct InBody scans and member goal assessments.
- Participate in a trainer development plan.

- Current enrollment in a Kinesiology program.
- A strong desire to learn and grow as a trainer.

- Ability to build personal connections with members.
- Readiness to take on challenges and work in a busy studio environment.
