About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in a studio setting. You will work directly with lead coaches and personal trainers to support member goals and studio operations. This is a part-time, paid position based in West Hartford, Connecticut.
What you'll do#
- Coach group sessions alongside a lead coach.
- Assist with one-on-one personal training and small group sessions.
- Conduct movement assessments and provide correction training.
- Offer nutritional guidance to members.
- Manage studio scheduling and general maintenance tasks.
- Perform InBody scans and track member goal progress.
- Participate in a trainer development plan.

- Current enrollment in a Kinesiology program.
