    About the role#

    This internship at F45 Training in West Hartford offers hands-on experience in a fitness studio environment. You will work directly with members and staff to support daily operations and training sessions. This is a part-time, paid position with a flexible schedule.

    What you'll do#

    • Coach in-person group sessions alongside a lead coach.
    • Assist personal trainers during 1:1 and small group sessions.
    • Perform movement correction and assessments.
    • Provide nutritional guidance to members.
    • Handle scheduling operations and general studio maintenance.
    • Conduct InBody scans and goal assessments.
    • Participate in trainer development activities.

    • Current enrollment in a Kinesiology program.
    • A professional approach with a focus on personal connections.
    • A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
    • Ability to thrive in a busy environment.
