About the role#
This internship at F45 Training in West Hartford offers hands-on experience in fitness coaching and studio operations. You will work alongside lead coaches and personal trainers to support member goals and daily studio functions. This is an unpaid position.
What you'll do#
- Coach group sessions in person.
- Assist personal trainers with 1:1 sessions and small group training.
- Perform movement assessments and provide corrections.
- Offer nutritional guidance to members.
- Manage scheduling operations and studio maintenance tasks.
- Conduct InBody scans and goal assessments.
- Participate in trainer development planning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Kinesiology program.

- Professional conduct when interacting with members.
- Ability to handle a busy environment.
