About the role#
This is a ten-week summer internship where you will gain hands-on experience in product development. You will join the Products Team to learn our business model and work on assigned projects throughout the full software development life cycle. At the end of the program, you will present your findings and final products to management.
What you'll do#
- Research and complete assigned projects.
- Collect customer ideas and internal change requests for ISNetworld.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies for your team.
- Propose ideas for continuous improvement.
- Plan for feature releases and coordinate communication across the company.
- Support the Business Analyst Team with administrative tasks.
- Work with Product Owners to create User Acceptance Criteria for User Stories.
- Identify and capture the return on investment for your projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations, culminating in a final delivery to management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Management Information Systems or a related business field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Comfortable presenting to others.
Location & details#
- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to August 13).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position. You must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas office.
