About the role#
This co-op position supports the software engineering group on new product development projects. You will work with cross-functional teams including systems, software, and electrical engineers. The role focuses on professional development, and you will work with a manager to set learning outcomes. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Work hands-on with development boards and software to support product development.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, design protocols, reports, and design history files.
- Drive team alignment and approvals on project documentation.
- Assist or lead design change orders.
- Perform other duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS degree program in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of C programming.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
- Knowledge of embedded systems is a plus.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
