About the role#
As a Customer Success Intern, you will work on the systems and data strategies that support our customer base. This is a hands-on technical and operational role where you will contribute to customer success operations. You will gain experience with data health, knowledge systems, and cross-functional collaboration with our Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams.
What you'll do#
- Synthesize internal queries to build a Community Knowledge Base.
- Organize and audit Confluence documentation to keep pages current.
- Use AI tools and recordings to capture helpdesk solutions and build a customer reference database.
- Assist in the design and implementation of Gainsight CS Dashboards.
- Audit customer licenses against enabled features to ensure data accuracy in Gainsight.
- Support contact management and database integrity efforts.
- Shadow customer calls and participate in mentorship with the team.
- Assist with the planning and execution of the CS Summit.
- Support workflow building consultations and audit onboarding data.
What you'll need#
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail regarding data integrity and auditing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Gainsight, CRM, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills for planning and generating documentation.
- An interest in using AI tools for operational efficiency and knowledge management.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or Psychology is a plus.
