Engineering Intern- Fall of 2026

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid Engineering Internship for the Fall 2026 term at our greenfield plant site in Chester, South Carolina. You will contribute to the development of the operational structure for this new facility by creating essential documentation, procedures, and training programs.

What you'll do#

• Maintain the Operational Readiness Plan using Microsoft Project, including tracking tasks and updating project status.
• Develop a wide range of operating procedures, including standard operator work instructions and maintenance training documentation.
• Create Preventive Maintenance documents and 5S inspection audits.
• Assist in the development of safety initiatives, such as Lock-Out-Tag-Out policies and plant-wide procedures.
• Uphold company core values including integrity, performance, and agility in all daily tasks.

What you'll need#

• Current Junior or Senior status in college, or a recent graduate with a technical degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong critical thinking, planning, and time management skills with a high degree of organizational ability.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the facility.
