Engineering Intern- Fall of 2026

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid Engineering Internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will support the operational development of a greenfield plant site, assisting with process documentation and project management tasks.

What you'll do#

• Maintain the Operational Readiness Plan using Microsoft Project by tracking tasks and status updates.
• Develop operating procedures and programs for a new plant site using existing documentation from sister facilities.
• Create standard operator work instructions and documentation for maintenance training.
• Draft Lock-Out-Tag-Out policies, safety initiatives, and plant policies.
• Develop preventive maintenance documents and perform 5S inspection audits.

What you'll need#

• Current status as a Junior or Senior in college, or a recent graduate with a technical degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Environmental, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong critical thinking, planning, and time management skills.
• High degree of organizational ability, specifically regarding electronic filing.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently.
