About the role#
As a Customer Supply Chain Co-Op, you will work with sales, logistics, plants, and production planners to manage orders and resolve issues. You will handle daily customer inquiries to ensure timely delivery of products and services. This role involves monitoring inventory, directing allocation priorities, and analyzing dashboards to help the team reach its targets.
What you'll do#
- Manage order entry across multiple systems while verifying details like load weight, pallet counts, and special requirements.
- Monitor and update shipping dates, communicating any changes to customers.
- Track customer adherence to order rules during buy periods.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify trends in customer complaints to help improve internal processes.
- Prepare reports and maintain knowledge base articles or SOPs.
- Monitor late orders to ensure the department meets its metrics.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the final year of a Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Data Analytics program, or a recent graduate of these programs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and think creatively.
- Intermediate Excel skills and research abilities.
- Strong interest in a long-term career in supply chain.
- Experience with JDE and Power BI is an asset.

- Schedule: Full-time.
- Note: This role follows the US holiday schedule and may require occasional travel within North America.
