Customer Supply Chain Co-Op

About the role#

The Customer Supply Chain Co-Op will work across departments to manage order processes and maintain customer relationships. This role involves coordinating with sales, logistics, plants, and production planners to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

What you'll do#

• Manage day-to-day customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Enter and verify customer orders for accuracy, including load weight, pallet counts, and special requirements.
• Monitor shipping dates and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track order adherence during buy periods and monitor inventory to direct allocation priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to problem-solve and expedite orders using various data sources.
• Analyze dashboards for the Customer Supply Chain Team to drive action plans and meet customer-centric targets.
• Prepare customer-related reports and identify trends in inquiries or complaints to support issue management.
• Author and maintain knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor late orders to ensure departmental metrics are achieved.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in the final year of a Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Data Analytics program (recent graduates will also be considered).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle high volumes of orders and emails.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, specifically in Excel.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
• Experience with JDE and Power BI is considered an asset.

• Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
• Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Full-time; follows the US Holiday schedule.
• Travel: May require some travel within North America.
